Picture yourself relaxing on a picnic rug, surrounded by the stunning landscapes of Barossa Valley, while savoring delicious food paired with a glass of Jacob’s Creek wine. This is the essence of our Perfect Picnic experience for two.

Your picnic includes a personally-hosted vineyard tour, where you’ll enjoy a glass of sparkling wine, a selection of local South Australian produce, and a bottle of Jacob’s Creek wine of your choice. We provide recyclable cutlery and glassware for you to keep, along with a bottle of water for each guest and a non-alcoholic beverage for children and teens under 18. Choose from the best picnic spots on our site, guided by our handy map.

As part of this experience, each adult will also receive a curated tasting flight to enjoy before your picnic begins. This is a great way to sample some of our finest wines and find your favorites.

Keep in mind that the produce platter is designed as a light snack. If you’re feeling extra hungry, additional items can be purchased on the day, subject to availability.

The Perfect Picnic experience is tailored for two guests, but you can add more friends or family to your outing, with a maximum of 8 guests total:

$75 per additional adult
$45 per additional child (ages 13 – 17)
$25 per additional child (ages 3 - 12)

Join us for a delightful day filled with great food, fine wine, and unforgettable views at Jacob’s Creek.

This was our first tasting experience in the Barossa, and it did not disappoint. Drew and friends poured samples of various wines as they learned our palate including three “stickies.” We couldn’t leave without a few bottles. In all a delightful experience!

This was our first visit to your winery and it was a lovely experience. We were greeted by Lauren Del Fab. She was so nice and cheery and very helpful and her advice was great. We had a lovely platter for 4 then Manalee took over with our tasting. She was very knowledgeable and guided us through all the wines and the way they are made. I would highly recommend anyone to visit here. It was just perfect. Thank you ladies. 💛

Ordered the Eden menu. The portions are really not big but they are all delicious. It's not grape season right now and there are some kangaroos grazing very cute in March. After the meal, my traveling friend at the bar counter said we rarely come here so we were warmly welcomed to try various small wines so we bought a few bottles back but unfortunately couldn't send them back to Taiwan. The Xo is great and so is the Shiraz cab.
