We had a fabulous time wine tasting at Château de Paraza. The wines were very good and the setting is amazing. A great spot as you can walk down to the canal du midi with cafes and restaurants. Liora explained the wines very carefully. She was engaging and made our visit very enjoyable. It was great having the platters of wine and charcuterie to accompany our tasting. Would recommend to anyone who wants a taste of French wine culture !
My opinion concerns the wine cellar. Very well located in Paraza and easy to access. The tastings are done in a superb setting with staff who know their stuff. In addition, these are very good wines. My comment concerns the red wines. I recommend

We got married at Castello di Paraza, it is a magnificent place, ideally located, the rooms are impeccable and comfortable. The service was more than up to our expectations as was the breakfast. Our guests were thrilled with their weekend and to have spent this time in such a beautiful environment. We will return with great pleasure and I think we will not be the only ones.
