Concediti un’esperienza enogastronomica indimenticabile nel cuore della Toscana – un viaggio tra i sapori autentici della terra e la passione per il vino. Si inizia con un tour tecnico tra i vigneti e la visita alla cantina di affinamento, dove scoprirai da vicino l’arte della vinificazione.

Questa esperienza esclusiva culmina in un pranzo straordinario, pensato per esaltare ogni calice attraverso abbinamenti autentici e genuini.

Tour in vigna e cantina:
L’esperienza inizia con una passeggiata guidata tra i filari, durante la quale scoprirai i segreti della viticoltura e della gestione agronomica.
Successivamente visiterai la nostra cantina di affinamento, un luogo dove tempo, silenzio e legno contribuiscono alla creazione di vini di grande qualità. Un momento dedicato alla scoperta delle tecniche di maturazione e del valore del terroir.

Menu principale:

  • Peposo del Brunelleschi oppure Spezzatino di cinghiale
  • Salsicce locali alla brace
  • Dessert fatto in casa abbinato a distillati
  • Antipasti e contorni preparati con ingredienti stagionali di nostra produzione

Il tour include la degustazione di 4 nostri vini, ciascuno accompagnato da un abbinamento gastronomico studiato per valorizzarne le caratteristiche.

Durante il pranzo degusterai 4 delle nostre etichette di punta, accuratamente selezionate (i vini possono variare in base alla disponibilità):

  • “USTA” Rosato IGT: un rosé fresco, vibrante e aromatico, perfetto per iniziare.
  • “TIZZO” Toscana IGT: un rosso intenso e strutturato, autentica espressione del territorio.
  • “ETERNAUTA” Cuvée a invecchiamento dinamico: un Sangiovese perfettamente equilibrato, ispirato a ricette risalenti al 1800.
  • “CESIRO” Vino Nobile di Montepulciano: un classico senza tempo, elegante e ricco di tradizione.

We had booked a picnic at Podere Della Bruciata Winery. What a great experience! Winegrowers for 3 generations, we listened to the history of this family and the explanations about the vine and the wine. They are passionate and what is more in organic viticulture. Everything was perfect! The wines tasted, the delicious picnic in a beautiful environment. Thank you for sharing. Don't change a thing!

We booked through the website, very easy. There are multiple options and we chose the sweet one this time. We were greeted warmly and got the presentation of the terroir and wine making process. There is very elaborate research and process to produce these biological wines. We tasted some of their top wines, great experience. Alessandro did a great job on the tour, thank you!

I was able to easily book on their website a few hours before the tasting and we had no problems finding the facility as the country road in front is easily passable. It was a really pleasant experience, Alessandro unleashes his passion and involves you in the conversation making you part of the story of this farm. The attention to detail that distinguishes this company is evident in Alessandro's words in the care of the vineyard and the cellar. Nothing is left to chance. In fact, the wines tasted reflected everything Alessandro told us. Excellent quality products of cured meats, cheeses, oil and vinegar (of their own production) SCREAM! Obviously exceptional wine, stunning location and tons of availability! Thanks again, it was great!

Wonderful experience! Gaia passed on all her passion to us, it was perfect. From the tasting to the platter of typical products, really excellent. We liked it so much that we ate a Florentine right on the panoramic terrace and took some home with us, including wines and jams of our own production. Keep up the good work guys, we can see the passion and love with which you make the most of your territory! ♥️

Such a beautiful place with the rolling Tuscan hills in the backdrop and a bit of modern flare with the winery. The wine and food were fantastic!! You have to love and appreciate when you feel the passion someone exudes from practicing their craft. Ordered bottles to ship home. Can’t wait to go back!

The Rossi family is such a warm, welcoming and friendly family. You feel and taste the love for their craft. We sampled many tasty and special wines and throughly enjoyed the little bites they served during the wine tasting too. The location and view is unmatched between the grapes and olive trees. Highly recommend experiencing a tasting here!
