Attracted by the 4 restaurants program, we came to visit Gregorio and confirmed our expectation. High quality food (seasonal and km 0, produced by Gregorio or selected by his local suppliers) and well presented. The wine was also very good, my husband and I chose the 2019 Barbera aged in amphora. We will certainly return to taste cuts of meat matured with passion and competence by Gregorio.

We had a wonderful dinner here, and the hospitality is outstanding. The products are in focus, so we enjoyed every dish, and also the service is excellent. The organic local wines completed the experience.

I have visited this fantastic place in the middle of the hills several times, both in a group and as a couple. The food is sublime, refined and at the same time in line with the local culinary tradition. The owners are always kind, friendly and prepared. Thank you very much!

You go there once to try Gregorio's cuisine.............. you will return, the kindness of the staff, the location..... its truly sublime dishes and exceptional wines. It is worth stopping by.
