Enjoy Charismatic Wines Along With Italian Delicacies at Tère Ruse
Surrounded by the landscapes of Alessandria, elevates a mesmerizing agriturismo – Tère Ruse, in the Mombaruzzo region of Piedmont. The estate organizes various events like art exhibitions, painting shows, music concerts, etc., during which the estate-owned, charismatic wines are served with Italian delicacies. Today, the estate grows grapes, vegetables, and orchards.
The Winery That Believes in Tradition and Technolgy
Started by Gregorio and a wine-lover friend, the Tère Ruse Winery is the result of immense passion and determination for grapes and wines. The duo also opened an agritourism farmhouse, adjacent to the cellar and estate-owned restaurant. Since the beginning of the winery, Gregorio carries out his winemaking with a combination of traditional and innovative methods. Classic stainless steel tanks are used for fermentation, and wine aging and refining take place in terracotta amphorae, along with wooden barrels.
Organically Cultivated Vineyards Resulting in a Fabulous Wine
At Tère Ruse, organic grape farming methods are carried out with a sheer commitment to producing a large number of vines. On the plots, you will see rich-quality Riesling, Barbera, Freisa, Pinot Nero, and Alleatico, grown in harmony with the fertile terroirs and microclimate. Using these grapes, some of the best red, white, sparkling, and dessert wines arise.
With the establishment of Tère Ruse, the owners decided to start an agritourism by building a well-equipped farmhouse, the Agrivineria. The house consists of a kitchen where traditional Piedmontese dishes can be tasted with wines. Comfortable chairs, sofas, and couches are also present for tourists to enjoy a moment of relaxation.
