Founded by Gregorio and a fellow wine enthusiast, Tère Ruse Winery reflects their passion for winemaking. Alongside the winery, they established a charming agritourism farmhouse adjacent to the cellar and restaurant. Gregorio employs a blend of traditional and modern techniques in winemaking, utilizing stainless steel tanks for fermentation and aging wines in terracotta amphorae and wooden barrels.
Tère Ruse is committed to organic grape farming, cultivating a variety of high-quality grapes, including Riesling, Barbera, Freisa, Pinot Nero, and Alleatico. These grapes thrive in the estate's fertile terroirs and favorable microclimate, resulting in outstanding red, white, sparkling, and dessert wines. The agritourism experience is enhanced by the Agrivineria farmhouse, where visitors can savor traditional Piedmontese dishes paired with the estate's wines. Attracted by the 4 restaurants program, we came to visit Gregorio and confirmed our expectation. High quality food (seasonal and km 0, produced by Gregorio or selected by his local suppliers) and well presented. The wine was also very good, my husband and I chose the 2019 Barbera aged in amphora. We will certainly return to taste cuts of meat matured with passion and competence by Gregorio.

We had a wonderful dinner here, and the hospitality is outstanding. The products are in focus, so we enjoyed every dish, and also the service is excellent. The organic local wines completed the experience.
