Good wines... I have been a customer for years but since the last year the prices have almost doubled..... even with the promos now a bottle of grava costs around 9.50 euros... in 2021 I paid 6.50 .

A fine wine made from a variety of local grape varieties, produced just a few kilometers away by a company with a long tradition. An excellent price per liter considering the quality of the final product.

On February 2, 1960, a group of 25 farmers coordinated by Dr. Luca Gentile decided to join a cooperative with the aim of valorising local grapes. Thus was born, in an area close to the Murgia of Bari, the Cantina Sociale di Cassano Murge, now named after its founder and far-sighted president for over thirty years. Currently the factory which stands on an area of 8,000 m2. approximately, it also welcomes grapes from neighboring municipalities from approximately 500 wine-growing members, has a processing potential of 6,000,000 kg of grapes and a wine storage capacity of liters. 5,450,000. The wines produced are the result of a commitment that starts from the winemaking members who follow the vine in all phases of growth, giving it expert and constant care up to the manual harvest. The grapes arriving in the cellar at the right ripeness are carefully vinified with the help of expert oenologists using modern and innovative techniques but respecting ancient traditions. Absolutely recommended!

A wonderful experience that we recommend to everyone. Thanks to Michele's passion we visited the cellar and its ancient instruments. We tasted the musts taken directly from the barrels and then many wines, tasting the typical products (oil, cured meats, cheeses, olives, taralli). Michele explained to us perfectly how to select and taste a wine. The wines from this cellar are truly high quality. The 100 grapes and the Rossani are among the best. An experience that I highly recommend to everyone. Keep going. We will visit you as soon as possible. Special thanks again to Michele.
