The wine tour at Fattoria di Montemorli gives visitors the opportunity to discover the vineyards of the winery. During this tour, a knowledgeable guide will provide a full explanation of the wine-making process. Following this, the tour continues to the 3 different cellars on the farm: The Vinsantaia where dessert wine is produced, the traditional cellar where the red and white wines are made, and the Barriccaia, where the red wines age in french barrels. The final section of the tour leads visitors to cellars that are completely underground and over 300 years old. The tour ends in the tasting room with the opportunity to taste 5 different wines including white, rose, chianti, super Tuscan, and dessert wines. At the request of the guest, these wines can also be paired with local appetizers.
