The tasting and visiting at God’s Hill is quite an experience. One can overlook at the best view of the Barossa rangers and the Lyndoch Valley from their Cantina Scalzi. The tour takes you through the vineyards, cellar and lastly into the tasting room where you can either choose to be seated or stand up while devouring the goodness at the God’s Hill.
A variety of red, white, rose, sparkling or fortified wines can be chosen from for the wine tasting. You can also get antipasto, cheese platter or the organic olives to nibble while you sip the premium, rich wines. During the tasting of the vintage, guests are given fresh juice or wines for trial.

God’s Hill winery: Following the footsteps of the grandfather Charlie recalls that his first involvement in the wine industry was at a tender age of 6 when his grandfather asked him to crush the grapes in the large wooden vats with his thoroughly washed feet. Following natural principles of winemaking His grandfather was involved with farming as well as he grew grapes and made wine for the local community.
