Wine tasting and tour at Quinta Do Portal

The Qinta do Portal winery is home to the magnificent Casa das Pipas. This house is located between the vineyards of the estate and is well known for its beautiful terrace and pool deck providing beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The estate offers visitors a range of activities including wine tasting, Douro River boat trips, hiking, mountain biking, swimming and stand up paddle boarding. Guests are also invited to treat themselves for the local delicacies available on the farm which are prepared by the estate’s young star chef using only the best in local ingredients. For those who would like to extend their stay, the Casa das Pipas has three superior rooms and 9 twin rooms that are each unique decorated.
