Wonderful Experience
Excellent tour in a beautiful setting. Plan to stay and eat lunch. We loved the herbal salad, fried fresh vegetables, and wild boar stew. We were there for nearly 3 hrs.

Great wine experience in the heart of Tuscany. We went there without any plans and the truth is that we came away super satisfied and half-shaded after tasting the delicious red wine that God generously gave us. The surroundings and the winery, which is renovated and very pretty, are charming and make you want to come back every year. A magnificent tour that we recommend as true wine lovers.

Everything was perfect! The room, with a view of the landscape, was clean and equipped with everything you need. The bed was very comfortable, there was a kettle and a mini-bar with excellent wines. We really enjoyed Anna's guided tour and the advice for wine tasting. In the morning, breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The best thing was being able to have an aperitif immersed in the hot water barrel outdoors. Thanks to the kind and knowledgeable staff, we had a pleasant and relaxing experience. A note of merit certainly goes to the use of sustainable means for the production of wine and for the management of natural resources.

Dinner at the Indigeno restaurant at the Salcheto winery began with a delicious fried vegetable dish from the garden, light and crunchy, which highlighted the freshness and quality of the ingredients. Next, we ate a revisited carbonara with goose livers, a dish that surprised and thrilled with its perfect balance between tradition and creativity. Finally, the cheesecake was a worthy end to the meal: soft, creamy and irresistible. Special praise goes to Rubén, our waiter and sommelier, who knew how to make the evening even more memorable. With his contagious enthusiasm and rare expertise, he accompanied us in choosing the wines, passionately telling us the history and characteristics of each bottle. Thanks to his impeccable advice, each glass paired perfectly with the dishes, enhancing their flavors and creating a complete gastronomic experience.
