Workshop - Experience the Unique "Vinhos Verdes” of Basto
Join us for an engaging workshop that highlights the distinct aromas and flavors of the Basto sub-region's most celebrated grape varieties. The Basto wines are known for their unique character, featuring "Azal" with its refreshing citrus notes, "Padeiro" which offers elegance and freshness, and "Vinhão," renowned for its bold personality. These varieties reflect the rich heritage and exclusive terroir of the Basto sub-region within the Vinho Verde Region.
During this session, you will not only taste the exquisite wines from Quinta da Raza but also gain insights into the broader world of Vinho Verde and the traditional varieties that define our region.
The wine tasting includes:
Duration: 1 hour and 30 minutes. After the tasting, enjoy access to our panoramic terrace, where you can take in stunning views of the vineyards and the majestic Alvão and Marão mountains.

The winery is located in a beautiful and picturesque place, accessible via a narrow, winding road. There is no room for company, there is no space.

Great wines, and we had a really great guide! She was truly very nice, with fluent english and definitely knows everything there on the wines and the estate itself and its history. I took the 5 wines tasting, and later bought some more at the shop since their prices are very reasonable
