The experience begins with a guided tour of the cellar where fermentation and vinification take place. It continues in the barrel room, where the wine matures and then in the bottle-aging area.
After the visit, you will taste our wines in the old cellar called "crutin" or on the "Monsú" terrace, overlooking the vineyards from which our wine comes.
The “Sfumature Nebbiolo” tasting will guide you through the different expressions of the Nebbiolo grape variety. Specifically, you will taste the following wines:

- Monsú Langhe D.O.C. Nebbiolo
- Barbaresco D.O.C.G. "Gallina"
- Barbaresco D.O.C.G. "Albesani"
- Barbaresco D.O.C.G. "PianCavallo"
