I was in Achkarren many years ago and fell in love with the Pinot Noir in barriques... The advice was competent and friendly back then and that is still the case today. I was able to taste the wines and am still impressed. I can highly recommend the Achkarren winery cooperative!!!

Today we took part in the cellar tour of the Achkarrener wine cooperative. Mr. Gumbert guided us through the individual stages of the cooperative in a friendly and professional manner, and we were offered a variety of wines and a sparkling wine to taste. As a "non-wine connoisseur" we would like to recommend this tour as it gives you an understanding of the meaning of a cooperative that has been functioning for decades and the processes involved in the wine production process. We also received excellent advice afterwards, so we found a few bottles of suitable wine for ourselves, although this is not mandatory after the tour. Thank you very much for this.
