Cognac wine region is located to the north of the Bordeaux wine region, so the most practical airport to reach wineries in Cognac is the Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport (BOD). From the airport in Bordeaux you can get to wineries in Cognac by bus, by train or rent a car.
Another airport, which is actually a little bit closer to wineries in Cognac compared to Bordeaux but has a very limited number of destinations, is the La Rochelle-Île de Ré Airport (LRH).
