Grape:                                  95% Pecorino I.g.t. Terre di Chieti, 5% Sauvignon blanc

Harvest time:                    Handpicked in the first decade of September

Vinification:                      Soft pressing of the grapes (0,6 atm)

                                               Cold stabulation for 5 days at 8°C

                                               Fermentation temperature 16°C

Ageing:                                 120 days of lees contact at 10°C (stirring of fine lees back up into the wine)

Alcohol Content:             13% vol

Description:                      Mild straw yellow color.

Nose: summery, tropical, with hints of mango, peach and honey.

Absolute elegance on the palate with pleasant acidity, smoothness and alcohol content.

Pairing:                                By the glass: perfect with cheese and appetizers, at the table its exotic sensations enhance crudité dishes, sushi and all seafood dishes
