On the nose pleasant citrus and floral notes. In the mouth it is vigorous thanks to its marked acidity and its pleasant minerality. In the glass, excellent for the aperitif and easy to match with every dish. At the table it matches well with seafood, even tasty ones such as grilled and fried seafoods. Service Temperature: 10-12°C
