Highly enjoyed our time thereThe Chateau grounds were beautiful and the buildings were interesting, but the most Important thing you want to hear about is the wine. It was spectacular. We are red wine drinkers and loved their reds, but we even loved their white and rose. Our guide was nice and very knowledgeable about the process. We took the D tram out of Bordeaux and then walked for 30 minutes to get to the château but could have taken a bus and walked less or taken an expensive Uber.
Perfect visit to Château du TaillanThe visit to Château du Taillan was amazing - it was easy to go there from Bordeaux with public transport (+short walk) our tour and guide at the château was great and the wines were delicious.
Fun run.Our guide was extremely knowledgeable about all facets of their wine productions. Well versed in anglais. Very amiable.
A Beautiful TourWe arrived at the Chateau du Taillan and were greeted by Naomi who took us on the tour of the 16th century building, the Blanche Dame room, the production area with the family's wine collection, and then to the tasting. She answered questions and was very interested in our opinions. The grounds were beautiful and the wine was delicious! It was a lovely drive and very close to Bordeaux.
