Founded in 1959, Bessich Wines has deep roots in the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region. Antonio Bessich, originally from nearby Istria, began crafting wines with his son Luciano, setting the stage for a family legacy.

Over the decades, Luciano's dedication to winemaking has led to continuous improvement and specialization. This passion has been embraced by the entire family, including his daughters Daniela and Alessandra, sons Roberto and Fabio, and wife Giuditta, all of whom contribute to the winery's ongoing success.

Located in Western Friuli, within the province of Pordenone, the Bessich farm benefits from its unique fluvial soil, rich in gravel and stones, ideal for vine cultivation. Today, the estate is entirely dedicated to vineyards, producing distinctive DOP Friuli and IGP wines, along with the signature blends of Bessich.

At Bessich Wines, a love for the land, meticulous attention to detail, and a passion for winemaking come together to create exceptional wines. The winery is proud to be a member of the FIVI Independent Winemakers Association, reflecting its commitment to quality and tradition.
