Discover Cepa 21 – The Revolution of Ribera del Duero!

Cepa 21 is the most personal project of José Moro, a winery born with the aim of reinterpreting the Tempranillo grape from a modern and bold perspective, without losing the soul of tradition. Located in the heart of Ribera del Duero, at over 750 meters above sea level, the winery is surrounded by more than 50 hectares of its own vineyards. Its avant-garde architecture and sustainable approach make Cepa 21 a unique destination for wine lovers.

Here, every bottle tells a story. Labels such as Hito Rosado, Hito, Cepa 21, Malabrigo, and Horcajo are born from winemaking that respects its origins. Our wines are known for their freshness, elegance, and character. Come and discover the process from the inside!

The wine tourism experience at Cepa 21 goes far beyond the glass. We offer guided tours through the vineyard, curated tastings, paired menus in a spectacular setting, and moments that connect with wine through emotion.

Our wines are enjoyed in more than 35 countries, but the most important part is still here – in the origin, in the land, and in the passion with which we make them.

We look forward to welcoming you at Cepa 21 so you can experience it first-hand!

Excellent wine visit with Belén as guide. The production process and wines with food pairing were well explained. We had a Spanish tour, but everything was perfectly translated. Malabrigo was our favourite wine. Thanks! (From Peñafiel, book your taxi in advance!)

We were fortunate enough to enjoy a tasting at Bodegas Cepa 21, and it was a very special experience. We opted for the Tinto Fino tasting, and from the very beginning, we felt welcomed thanks to Belén, who guided us with warmth, kindness, and great attention to detail, without any rush. She explained each wine with passion and clarity, without unnecessary technicalities, which made the entire group feel comfortable and involved. We found the wines to be very balanced and expressive, with that characteristic elegance of Ribera del Duero: good structure, present fruit, polished tannins, and a very pleasant freshness. The care taken at every stage of the process was evident, from the vineyard to the glass. The winery is modern, bright, and perfectly integrated into the surroundings, with views that invite you to linger. In short, a highly recommended experience for both those new to the world of wine and those with some experience.
