Dedication, enthusiasm, love...

For over a century, the Campagnola family has embodied these values, nurturing their vineyards and sharing the joys and challenges of winemaking. Nestled in the picturesque Marano Valley of Valpolicella Classica, between Verona and Lake Garda, Corte Archi winery offers a serene escape surrounded by lush landscapes and the rich aromas of local wines and delicacies.

"Corte Archi Winery: Cultivating Passion for Over 100 Years"

Traditions such as a deep love for the land and meticulous care for the vineyards have been passed down through generations. The winery is committed to continuous improvement in both quality and technology, adhering to the SQNPI (National Quality System of Integrated Production) to promote environmental balance and biodiversity. Corte Archi has eliminated chemical herbicides and minimized synthetic chemicals, ensuring sustainable practices that enhance the quality of their wines, which are celebrated both in Italy and internationally.

History

The story of Corte Archi began over a century ago with Caterina, the wife of Carlo Campagnola. After Carlo's passing, she continued the family tradition of winemaking in Paverno. Following her death, their four sons took over, but by the 1960s, they decided to part ways. Guido Carlo retained the manor house and some vineyards in Valgatara.

In the 1970s, Giampaolo took the reins, maintaining traditional methods until the 1990s when Fernando, the current owner, joined his father in managing the winery. This marked the beginning of a transformation, introducing modern technologies in the cellar and adopting new vineyard practices focused on lower yields for higher quality grapes. Since 1995, Fernando has passionately led the family business, prioritizing the quality of grapes and wine while emphasizing environmental sustainability. Today, he works diligently to ensure that future generations can enjoy a thriving and healthy ecosystem.
