A beautiful accommodation in the middle of the vineyards of the Chianti region. The staff is extremely friendly and there was nothing to complain about in the rooms either. The wine tour is an absolute highlight!

My girlfriend and I went there for a cooking class. It was very nice. Andrea the Chef who guided us through the recipes was simply amazing. He explained in detail the origin, the variety and the ingredients of every meal we made. The location is also beautiful

Beautiful experience with a visit to the castle and tasting both with 2 excellent guides, super dinner, only negative note €50 for the dog (they reserved gadgets for us) however a bit too much...

We stayed one night with a guided tour of the castle, wine tasting and dinner. Everything was perfect, very friendly and knowledgeable staff, excellent dinner. The room rate was also excellent, the cost of the dog was a bit high. I would definitely like to come back.

If you’re looking for a completely relaxing few days, Castello de Tornando at Gaiole in Chianti is an absolute gem. Located in the Tuscany countryside, it is a castle dating back to 780. The ambiance is magical, the views beautiful, and the serenity wonderful. Our room was unique with the bed on a second level, and a huge bathtub, comfortable couch, and more, on the first level. It was very spacious. From the balcony we enjoyed a marvelous view of the countryside, relaxing with a glass of wine. The service is superb. You don’t have to go anywhere else to enjoy an excellent dinner in their 5-star restaurant. Also, don’t miss their wine tasting class. Out host was extremely knowledgeable and fun. We bought a case of their wine when we were done. We highly recommend Castello de Tornando for an unforgettable experience in Tuscany. Mike B, Upper Saddle River, NJ
