In 2013, the winery turned a bold page in its history when Cristiana Bettili, a passionate advocate for organic viticulture, took over the reins. By 2016, Tenuta Plozner had achieved full organic certification, becoming a proud ambassador of eco-conscious winegrowing in the region.
