The Vineyards of the Domaine de Mas Caron

Domaine de Mas Caron covers an area of 11 hectares that constitute the AOC Ventoux. Cerise and Marc, a lovely couple, run the winery. They grow Grenache, Syrah and Carignan for red wines and Roussane, Grenache Blanc and Viognier grapes for white wines. They also use Grenache Noir and Carignan grapes to make their rosé wines. Domaine de Mas Caron grows the hybrid varetial, Caladoc, which unique in this winegrowing area.
