Fabbrica Pienza is a unique and modern winery in the heart of Val d’Orcia.
We are happy to welcome wine lovers to our state-of-the-art cellar, where we offer a complete range of experiences in a modern and relaxed atmosphere.
Our vineyards, surrounding the winery, are 100% organic and this allows us to work and welcome our guests in a healthy and chemical-free environment.
Fabbrica lies approximately 500 meters above sea level, just a few kilometers from Pienza, in a charming and unpolluted environment.
The cellar at Fabbrica is a piece of contemporary art: a block made of red bricks perfectly integrated in the surrounding landscape.

The vignoble was bought in 2013 (started production in 2016-2017, old vines were already there) by a couple of architectes from Geneva. The location is great. The premise and the cave are really modern. The visit was great and our guide was really knowledgable. The view is stunning. The blend of "cepages" and the new expérimentations that they are doing right know are really interresting.

We had a fantastic experience. Emilia and Daniel were very friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and passionate. It was just me and my new wife and the wine tour was a magical experience. A very cool winery, and beautiful setting and architecture. Would recommend. Wine excellent and not stuffy at all. Thanks, Hattie and Giles
