Preserving Tradition Through Terroir

At Grammenos Winery, the grapes are sourced from vineyards with soil that has remained largely unchanged for centuries. This consistency in climate and soil helps maintain the traditional methods of grape cultivation. The winery primarily cultivates the white Kakotrygis and red Petrokoritho varieties, along with other notable grapes such as Snake, Kokaliaris, Kozanitis, and Robola for whites, and Skopelitiko and Marzavi for reds. Each variety contributes to the rich tapestry of flavors found in Grammenos wines.
