Our Story
Hello, I’m Franca. Our winery's story began in 2004 when my husband Patrizio and I purchased 7 hectares of land surrounding our home. We named our winery after our daughter Francesca, who inspires us every day with her spirit and energy.
This marked the start of an exciting adventure, fueled not just by economic goals but by a deep passion for winemaking that honors our historical and cultural heritage.
Terroirs of Società Agricola Francesca
Through dedicated investments, we have honed our focus on viticulture, expanding our vineyards across the sun-kissed hills of Empoli and San Miniato. Today, we cultivate 25 hectares of vineyards (3 in Empoli and 22 in San Miniato) alongside 6 hectares of olive groves. Our philosophy centers on producing high-quality wine and olive oil that respects tradition while incorporating innovative techniques. We have chosen organic farming as our method, believing it best reflects our commitment to sustainability and quality. This path has not been quick or easy; it has involved continuous learning and adaptation, and we remain committed to evolving our practices.
