The farmhouse estate was bought by the family and after various vinification processes built a new winery. Varieties of grapes like Biancame, Sangiovese, Montepulciano d'Abruzzo, Verdicchio, and Pinot Noir are sown and reaped carefully and manually to blend the finest red as well as sparkling wines. These grapes are softly pressed and decanted at low and controlled temperatures. A wide variety and wines make Sor Rico an eye candy for wine enthusiasts.

SorRico has built a cellar on the underground level without causing any effect on its beautiful terroir around the winery and vineyard.
