If Adam had already had wine from Tschank, he would not have eaten the apple! A real family business that has been dedicated to viticulture for generations and that every friend of Burgenland wine should get to know. All wines come from our own vineyards in the best locations in Leithaprodersdorf. In addition to the Pannonian climate and the diversity of the soils on the Leitha, the careful handling of the soil, vines and grapes with a focus on oenological sustainability gives the range of grape varieties selected by Tschank and the wines made from them their special character. It is therefore not wrong to speak of the “Leithaprodersdorf terroir”. The interaction of climate, terrain, soil and geology, which gives a wine its unique taste. Together with Georg Tschank's cellar expansion, terroir is an important factor in the winery, as it significantly shapes the character of the wine.
