Write a reviewAlthough we are primarily a beer bar, there are also some requests for wine. We are happy to answer this with the wines from the Bischmann winery, which are very well received by our guests. Thomas showed us around the wing crop and the business, talked about it, explained it and patiently answered many questions. We are therefore more than convinced of the winemakers, their product and the production and cultivation. If you browse through the Bischmann winery's website and look at the pictures, you'll see the truth! That's exactly what you find in Wintersheim and at the Draisberghof - honest, hospitable and warm people who are passionate about their work, their ideas and projects. We are always happy about each other's visits and exchanges - it's nice that we met each other 👍🏽 You do a great job and make a great product ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We were there and were able to spend a few hours learning about organic wines. The Bischmann family impressed us with their quality, taste and service. You can see that they implement their projects, which they tackle as a family, with heart and creativity. We were delighted at how much power and taste can be found in German wines.

A wine tasting with 5 course menu, it was very nice. The food was very good and the wine completed the menu. An organic business that is run with a lot of conviction and passion. Always happy again.
