Indulge yourself with a truly unique experience and discover all special tastes of Istria. Start your day with a glass of bubbly or sumptuous young malvazija. Wine tasting is the best way to discover Istrian wine heritage. You will try 5 to 8 wines combined with delicious, local snacks like Istrian cheese, sausages and olive oil. You will also visit the wine cellar and get familiar with the technology and the process of wine production.

Another Istrian specialty - truffles and truffle hunting are a fantastic way to see how this delicacy ends on our plates. A friendly host will explain you interesting facts about truffles while you go with him and his dogs to the forest to see how he finds truffles. This is indeed a special adventure. Follows truffle tasting: cheese and local sausage with truffles, truffles spread on bread, and scrambled eggs with black truffles.

Third taste of Istria is of course olive oil which is called "Istrian green gold". Istria is among the best olive oil producers in the world. On the way to olive estate you will visit famous Motovun to discover more charms of Istria. While olive oil tasting you will try few different, organic olive oils and you will be explained about all aspects of growing olive grove and production. With olive oil go delicious snacks.

Tour starts at 9:30 am till around 7:00 pm.

The tour is customized - which means no big groups so there is enough time to enjoy wine and nature. Minimum number of participants is 2, maximum 5. On request available for groups of 6 persons who are a part of one small group.
