Why Join the Wienkopfe? Weinkoepfe means Wineheads and its my drive to unite and delight wine heads from around the world over a glass of Riesling ... or maybe pinot noir! I invite you to expolre the wunderbar world of Germnaic influenced wines where we will uncover regions that are less discoveered and will surely slurprise and delight you.

I try not to take wine to seriously (unles we are served a disappointing wine)… but on tour I do like to meet those that do. Join me on a tour to meet the passionate makers who put not only their life’s work, but heart and souls into the the glass your about to swirl, sniff and slurp! … ( we hardly ever spit!)

I offer grape escapes to the Wine regions close to Frankfurt where on tour we can enjoy the wines, culture and culinary delights from the “Burgundy of Germany” in the Rhienhessen and Rheinghau regions, the majestic kingdom of Riesling - The MOSEL … all the way down towards the Pfalz, Baden Baden and Alsace…if your really up for an mountain wine fuelled adventure a custom grape escape to Sud Tirol Italy is a grape time guarenteed.

Quirky and fun served with a flight of white or a serious tasting of Spätburgunder hosted by a master of wine, off the beaten path or just a slight detour, I offer a wine experience to suit anyone…
