Hike & Wine: vineyards of Bressanone

Our wonderful tour will start exactly at the parking lot where you will have arrived with your vehicle. After a walk of about 30 minutes in the middle of the green vineyards of the Eisack Valley, we will taste 3 white wines from the area, exclusively from small producers. We will talk about rocks and climate, plants and terraces, people and places and how these factors affect wine. To better understand the territory I will also show you maps and I will tell you the history of wine in this corner of paradise, of those who produce it and how they make it. We will then return together to the starting point. In total our tour will take about 1 hour and a half.

Il nostro meraviglioso tour comincerà esattamente presso il parcheggio dove sarete arrivati con il vostro mezzo. Dopo una passeggiata di circa 30 minuti in mezzo ai verdi vigneti della Valle Isarco degusteremo 3 vini bianchi della zona, esclusivamente di piccoli produttori. Parleremo di rocce e clima, piante e terrazzamenti, persone e luoghi e di come questi fattori influiscono sul vino. Per capire meglio il territorio mostrerò anche delle mappe e vi racconterò la storia del vino in questo angolo di paradiso, di chi lo produce e di come lo fa. Torneremo poi assieme al punto di partenza. In totale il nostro tour prenderà circa 1 ora e mezza.

Unsere wunderbare Tour beginnt genau an dem Parkplatz, auf dem Sie mit Ihrem Fahrzeug angekommen sind. Nach einem Spaziergang von ca. 30 Minuten inmitten der grünen Weinberge des Eisacktals verkosten wir 3 Weißweine aus der Umgebung, ausschließlich von kleinen Produzenten. Wir werden über Felsen und Klima, Pflanzen und Terrassen, Menschen und Orte sprechen und darüber, wie diese Faktoren den Wein beeinflussen. Um das Gebiet besser zu verstehen, zeige ich Ihnen auch Karten und erzähle Ihnen die Geschichte des Weins in dieser Ecke des Paradieses, von denen, die ihn produzieren und wie sie ihn herstellen. Anschließend geht es gemeinsam zurück zum Ausgangspunkt. Insgesamt dauert unsere Tour ca. 1 1/2 Stunden.
