Experience wines of Pfalz and explore with a guided tour

We will visit some vineyards with differnd soils , based on clay,lime sand gravel and slate and different slopes. which we will taste at the end in a vinery,We identify the typical aromas in the wines. You can taste the soil in the glass. The wines are based on Riesling and some white Burgundy grapes. The vinery operates biodynamicly with minimal invasion in the vineyard. The vinery is as well reducing their energy consuption at the whole livecicle of the wine production. During the tasting i will tell you about the CO2 footprint of a bottle of wine.
