La Querce is open to guests and visitors all year round for unforgettable moments. The historic villa can accommodate up to 12 guests and has all the necessary amenities. The tour includes a visit to the olive groves to learn about the production of olive oil and a visit to the vineyards as well. Learn about the history of the estate and visit both cellars to understand the production and aging of the wines.
The tasting includes wines from Canaiolo, Sangiovese and Colorino grapes. The wines are paired with extra virgin olive oil, olive cream, artichoke cream and sun-dried tomato cream with bread. Marco fit us in with only a days notice for a tour of the vineyard and wine tasting. The total experience took about 1.5hours and it was fully personalised. We got to walk through the vineyard, the olive grove and he showed us the cellar as well as the barrels for the different varieties of wine. The tour concluded with a fantastic tasting, complete with bread and pastes from the farm and delicious cheese. Highly recommend!!
