My husband and I enjoyed our tasting at the winery. We were greeted by Manuella and our guide, Andre. We briefly toured the vineyards as Andre explained some of the history of the vineyard as well as the types of grapes they grow. Afterwards, he walked us through where they make and bottle their products. Our tastings consisted of 4 wines and a nice pairing of breads, cheese and prosciutto.

We went to Manuelina spontaneously to taste and buy some wine. We got explanations and information for every wine that we tasted and had awesome and kind service there. We even got a tour through the wine cellar. The owner was so nice and we would totally go there again!

A fantastic tasting of their classic methods (excellent and at the right price) with a detailed explanation of the wines and their characteristics. A full tour of the vineyard and winery with comprehensive insights into the various production steps, reflecting their great passion for their work. 5 stars well deserved!

Clean and efficient cellar, organized and tidy. Beautiful vines in the beautiful setting of the building renovated with the romanticism of the materials of the time. Opinions may differ on the quality and variety of the wines, but in any case they are all of a high level. Congratulations to the Achilli family, who skillfully promote the good drinking of our land.

We were looking for a family-run winery that gave us the opportunity to taste more types of classic method Pinot Noir, we couldn't have been luckier! We chose the "Full bubble" experience, Andrea welcomed us and showed us around the vineyards and the cellar, really super helpful and competent😊 We then continued with the tasting of their 3 classic methods, all delicious! We absolutely recommend it🤍

An excellent winery in the Pavia area. I appreciated Andrea's competence in telling us the history of the winery and everything about the vineyards during the experience. The very good tasting of the classic zero dosage method, Riesling and Pinot Noir enriched my wine culture

I had a picnic in the vineyard, from the food to the wine everything was very good. I must say that the jam went phenomenally with the cheese. Quiet place surrounded by greenery and protected by a tarp and oak trees. Very friendly staff who gave us a tour of the vineyard and the cellar and carefully explained the winemaking process. I recommend it!
