The tour of the estate will start in the vineyard, with talks about biodiversity and the practices that can be put into place to preserve it. If you are up for it, you can hang out with the sheep while doing so. Then in the cellar, you will know about winemaking and can taste one or two unfinished wines for illustration.
Depending on the weather, you will finish this experience with a tasting of several of their finished wines, outside in the sun or in the cosy tasting room. The person receiving you will be one of those involved in the winemaking process and, most presumably, one of the family members.
