Visit Corte Adami, a modern winery steeped in family tradition, located in the picturesque Verona region of Italy. This winery is dedicated to producing exceptional wines that reflect the unique terroir of Soave and Valpolicella area. During your visit, you will tour the vineyard, where you can see rare native grape varieties being preserved. You will also explore the state-of-the-art cellar, where the winemaker employs a traditional dehydrating technique to enhance the flavors of both red and white grapes, particularly for their signature dry Amarone and sweet Recioto di Soave. The tasting experience features five distinct wines: a refreshing Soave DOC, a rich Soave Superiore DOCG, a robust Valpolicella DOC Superiore, a unique Amarone della Valpolicella and a sweet emotional Passito, all complemented by delicious cold cuts and artisanal cheeses. This is a perfect opportunity to learn about the winemaking process and appreciate the craftsmanship behind each bottle.

Excellent winery that offers Soave in various variations, including the Decennale (blend of 3 different Soave harvests) and products from the wider Valpolicella. Competent owner, very kind, an excellent hostess. I will return willingly and with great pleasure.

I happened upon this cellar by chance around 3pm on a hot afternoon last week. I was welcomed with great courtesy and made to sit in the tasting area without having booked. I tasted a truly commendable superior soave; then they let me taste a 2015 cuvèe of Soave Superiore. Then I tasted the decidedly good base Valpolicella, the superior one which I found truly sumptuous: rich in aroma and very fruity and round in the mouth with a persistence worthy of an Amarone. Amarone is worthy of the great products of Valpolicella. I underline a Recioto di Soave which has a delicacy and a sweet persistence that does not go beyond the "caramel" taste of many competitors. It was an excellent tasting and I plan to return to visit the cellar too.
