Here, you will enjoy your first sip of our delightful Flaminia Rosato while learning about the grape varieties we cultivate, the ongoing vineyard practices, and our unique winemaking philosophy.

Next, we will take you into the fermentation cellar, where the magic of winemaking truly begins. This beautiful space features large wooden barrels that play a crucial role in the aging process of our wines.

As we continue our tour, you will step inside the Palazzo itself. We will share the rich history of our family and guide you through the main rooms and the charming chapel.

Prepare to be amazed as we lead you to the ancient cellar, where our finest wines mature in barrique barrels, enhancing their flavors and complexity.

We were warmly welcomed by Olivia Volpini de Maestri and enthusiastically shown around the property. We have never had such a private, passionate winery tour and a really excellent tasting of the wines. The owners of Palazzo Lodron offer a little historical tour around the plot and at the same time show their enthusiasm and love for wine growing. Fantastic ambience, loving hospitality and excellent wines! Absolute recommendation!

We had the most wonderful afternoon with Pipo & Olivia at the beautiful Palazzo Lodron. Not only were the wines delicious (Rizzoi’s Decanter score of 96!), but the vineyard and history of the estate were so unique to the region, which made the experience feel particularly special. Pipo and Olivia’s hospitality and passion for their winemaking and family’s beautiful home were infectious! 100% would recommend if you are in the area.

Delightful visit

The visit starts with a glass of rose and a walk through the small vineyard attached to the palace with views over the valley. The owner is knowledgeable and enthusiastic. A visit to the cellar and history of the house follows with a tasting in the garden. This is an intimate wine-tasting for wines that are not widely distributed.
