A “widespread” winemaking reality comprising a cellar, an agri-resort, a shop, a restaurant and a B&B, attentive to preserving and enhancing the ancestral and artisanal methods of peasant viticulture in the Chianti Rufina area. Taking a winery tasting tour with Tatsu represents the ultimate experience in Lavacchio.

My husband and I visited this amazing winery last summer and it was by far the best wines we ever tasted. The reason why we wanted to come is because the wines are organic and have no sulphates, as we don´t usually tolerate well "general non-organic" wines. It was just amazing to discover organic wines that taste great, that are very refreshing and you don't get any headaches or weird aftertaste. Definitely worth the visit.
