Discover the Byzantine Valley of Stilaro and its vineyards with a beautiful wine experience at Murace Vini.
Our Vineyard Tour begins with a meeting at the winery located in Bivongi (RC). We will then jump on a 4x4 car (included in the experience) towards our first stop: the Monastery of San Giovanni Therestis, an Orthodox church with irresistible charm, a testament to the Byzantine influence that permeates our land. After a brief visit, where you will experience a peaceful state of mind, we will continue our journey towards the heroic vineyards of Cosimo, where you will be guided on a walk among the vines, learning about the winery, the vineyards, and the wines, and discovering some secrets along the way.
After the vineyard walk, we will return to the winery for the wine tasting (white, rosé, and red) as well as the Mosto Cotto, a truly special traditional product. The tasting will be accompanied by taralli and focaccia with our EVO oil. You can also choose to pair the wines with local cheeses and cured meats at an additional cost. Minors will be offered a snack.
