Ca’Viola, a Classic Family-Run Winery The journey of the Ca’Viola Winery began in Montelupo Albese, in the hills of Langhe. Beppe rented the vineyards of his dreams and started the vinification of grapes in his parents’ garage. In 1991, Beppe undertook another challenge and decided to vinify his small plot of Barbera with new trends. He created the iconic “Bric du Luv” and released 860 Dolcetto bottles, the first wine label under the Ca’Viola Winery name.
