Rosso
San Nicolò is a red wine from the San Nicolò vineyard in Trecastagni, Etna. It is made from Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio grapes grown at 650 meters altitude in volcanic (lava) soils with alberello training. The wine undergoes stainless steel fermentation, ages in 225 and 500-liter barrels, and is bottled after 3 months of refinement. Alcohol content is 13.5%.
