Outis is a white wine from the Ronzini area in Trecastagni, Etna. It is crafted from Carricante, Cataratto, and Minnella grapes grown at 650 meters altitude on volcanic soils, trained with the alberello system. The wine is fermented in stainless steel and has an alcohol content of 12.5%.
