
A grappa that comes from a very careful selection of pomace from Asprinio d'Aversa in Alberata, distilled in a bain-marie on copper boilers with the discontinuous method. The refinement in French barriques for at least 8 years gives the grappa characteristic notes, a perfect union with the aromas of Asprinio, giving rise to a unique meditation distillate. On the palate it is full, deep, releasing all its power with great elegance. to drink only with those who love.
