Pure Aglianico grapes rigorously hand-picked and subjected to manual selection of the bunches. pressing, delicate destemming and short maceration on the skins, the must obtained is then vinified in white with static decastation and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16-18°c. the wine thus obtained matures for four months on the fine lees and is then bottled and refined for two months. rosé wine with a lively salmon colour, releases pleasant notes of raspberry and rose, fresh and savory, with a citrus finish. served at different temperatures it can be combined with any meal
