The grapes are harvested by hand before they are fully ripe and the vinification is carried out in white with soft separation using a vacuum press. The wine presents itself with intense straw yellow hues and the foam of a very fine perlage resulting from long refinement. On the nose, hints of fruity and citrus fragrances, it should be served cold and can be combined with all those dishes based on fish, raw, shellfish and seafood, excellent with fried foods and buffalo mozzarella.
