
The grapes are rigorously harvested by hand in different phases and only when fully ripe, the vinification is carried out by first separating the grapes and then moving on to soft and vacuum pressing. The fermentation takes place in steel vats where it rests for at least eight months and then passes into the bottle and refines for at least another six months, the wine has intense straw yellow hues and golden reflections, on the nose it will be pleasant and persistent with mineral, fruity hints , citrusy, with notes of yellow melon; stored in the dark, cool and dry, it will present a return of olfactory hints, pleasantly acidic. it goes well with fried foods, raw fish, traditionally the favorite combination is with buffalo mozzarella.
