Boutique Winery Mikulić

Wine and olive oil are integral to the culture of Pelješac, shaping the lives of its people for generations. The dedicated farmers of this region have cultivated vineyards in challenging terrains, producing exceptional wines. One notable area is Postup, a renowned wine-making region located at the entrance of Orebić. Nestled at the foot of Postup is the charming village of Mokalo, home to Boutique Winery Mikulić. Designed in the traditional style of Dalmatian taverns, this winery preserves the rich heritage of the region. Here, you can savor the exquisite Postup wine, "Don Josip," crafted by the Mikulić family. In addition to tasting, visitors can purchase wine and olive oil sourced from their family-owned vineyards and olive groves.

Museum of Pelješac Tradition

The Museum of Pelješac Tradition showcases a remarkable collection of artifacts that tell the story of the region's rich history. Highlights include ancient amphorae, traditional winepresses, barrels, and a rakija boiler. Visitors can also see a hearth, a bread oven, and a painting of the Virgin Mary, the protector of vineyards. This unique collection, gathered by the Mikulić family, reflects the beauty and traditions of life on Pelješac. The museum offers a sensory experience, culminating in a tasting of their finest wines, with the distinguished Postup Don Josip taking center stage.

Beautiful winery and camp. The island of Pelješac is beautiful in itself, but with the addition of such places and wineries, it is even more beautiful! The service is top-notch, the staff is top-notch, and the wine, olive oil and pancetta - perfection!!! :) I came back twice in 3 days to their place and I will always visit them when I'm in Pelješac! They also have a museum. It's beautiful and you can see all the old machinery that was used to process the wine! Best red wine I ever drunk was Don Josip, 2015.

The best winery in Orebić. A tour of the museum and a wine tasting are a very special experience in this wonderful place! The owners are extremely friendly and the wine selection is not to be missed! Pošip, Don Josip and sparkling wine are highly recommended! We are back for the third year - and we will be back!

I would like to wholeheartedly recommend this winery. You can feel a lot of heart put into the production and the family atmosphere. Ms. Sara is very knowledgeable and answered all questions with patience. A golden woman. Your trip will not be complete without a visit to this place.

A small but very interesting wine museum. A lot of historical artifacts were collected. At the entrance, simply scan the QR code and the narrator will speak in Polish. Make sure to buy a tasting because the wines are great. At the entrance we are greeted by an equally wonderful reception lady, very friendly and willing to talk about history and wine making.
