Cave Vinicole de Cléebourg is located in the natural park of the northern Vosges, 60 km of Strasbourg. The winery owns south-facing slopes in the villages of Cléebourg, Rott, Oberhoffen Wissembourg, Steinseltz, and Riedseltz.

The vineyard of Cléebourg covers an area of 189 hectares. The grape varieties include Sylvaner, Muscat, Riesling, Gewürztraminer, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris, all used in the production of still wines and Crémant sparkling wines. Sylvaner produces a fresh, light, dry and fruity wine. Muscat produces fruity and dry wines with a very characteristic musky taste. Riesling produces a fine wine that combines a delicate bouquet and elegant fruitiness. Pinot Noir produces a slightly acidic rosé wine with a pleasant and fruity taste.
