Established since 1923 our Family carries on the tradition of making Champagne wine on the Southern Cote des Blancs. The wine making has been carried on from father to son.

Wine Making at the Champagne Poirot

The vineyards is essentially at Vertus and classified in first cru. We are only 2 varieties, chardonnay to 85% and pinot noir to 15%.

At Vertus we make the pressing until the bottling and the beginning of the aging in old cellar.

And here at Bergeres les Vertus we realize the riddling and the disgorging .

Very good champange. Small family house. Well received when arrived at the yeard. We hade a tour in sellar and the process. The magic is att they do all steps by hand. We will come back

Very nice discovery! We tasted some very good champagnes and were very well received by the owners - even though we had not reserved and it was almost 6 p.m. Thanks again! Thanks to you and our charming exchange, which taught us a lot of things (we were even able to witness the labeling of the bottles!). Our only regret: having only taken one box!!!
